Ingredients: Red Kidney Beans
STORAGE: Cool, dry and hygienic, away from direct light and odours.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Soak them in water for 6-8 hours, using a ratio of 3 cups of water for every cup of beans, drain water and rinse well. Using fresh water, bring to boil for 20 mins and simmer for 1.5 hours.
SHELF LIFE: 18 months if stored in dry ambient conditions and away from direct light.
