Yellow Mustard Seeds (100g)

Mustard Seed – Yellow. Growing in the Mediterranean region. Frequently used in Indian, African and Asian dishes or can be used for sauces, dressings and chutneys. The seed is fried in hot oil releasing the flavour. May contain traces of celery seed. ALLERGENS: May contain traces of celery seeds and may also have come in contact with allergens in supply chain/packing. Normal amount in a pot would be approx. 40g.
