INGREDIENTS: Coriander; Cinnamon; ginger; fennel; nutmeg; cloves. Mixed Spice is commonly used in cakes, scones, puddings and pastries but can also be used in savoury dishes, especially curries. Normal amount in a pot would be approx. 40g.
