Coriander seeds are the dried, roasted fruit of a small annual, from S. Europe and the Middle East. Coriander is a sweet spice used in many Arabian & Eastern dishes and can be added to savoury dishes, curries, desserts and puddings. Normal amount in a pot would be approx. 40g.
