We deliver to any ‘B’ postcodes in Birmingham and the surrounding areas
Every Thursday between 8am and 8pm
£25 min order (excluding delivery fee)
£5 flat fee for delivery via The Drop Birmingham courier service.
Order by 12pm Wednesday for your delivery on Thursday. Any orders after the cut off time will be put through for the following week.
Please note you don’t need to be at home on delivery days but please leave your safe location in the NOTES or via email.

A member of our team will be in contact with you to arrange a collection time, this is normally 24 hours after the order is placed during our working days.
Please do not order in advance of more than 1-2 days.

Royal Mail – orders will be dispatched in 2 to 3 days, please allow an additional 2 working days for the courier delivery.

How it works and other information
Place your order and choose one of the delivery methods above. We will contact you via email with your slot time if you made a click & collect order.
Payments for orders are made using an authorisation method (like the petrol pump), which means we don’t take the money from your account until we pack your order, in case we pack slightly less than the amount on the product page – this way you only pay for what you get.
A 5% packing fee applies to all services, but this is already included in the price of the product. The price on the label of the packed bag that you get will show the shop price, if you were to pack yourself.
Items will be packed in paper bags or loose where possible. Liquid refills for click and collect is available for the bottles we sell bottles only – these would be filled when you come in with your empty bottle and collect your other items. If you wish to fill different size/shape bottles, please bring these with you to fill and pay for on your collection day.
The refill service is currently not possible with our delivery service.
