With large emerald leaves, Sencha is a smooth, sweet and satisfying green tea. Unlike other types of green tea, the freshly plucked leaves are steamed in order lock in the most nutrients and flavour, before being dried and rolled into a tight needle-like shape. 50g should make approx. 20 cups.
